About the Role
HOPE Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Medical Director to help launch and lead our West Palm Beach clinic. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a psychiatrist who wants to help build a best-in-class interventional psychiatry practice from the ground up.

This role is ideal for a psychiatrist ready to take on meaningful leadership responsibility while growing with the clinic and broader organization.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a senior clinical leader for HOPE West Palm Beach, helping set the standard for psychiatric care, treatment protocols, and clinical quality
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing management for complex, treatment-resistant patients
- Guide patient selection and clinical pathways for TMS, IV ketamine, and SPRAVATO
- Supervise and collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, and infusion staff
- Maintain high clinical documentation standards to support patient safety, outcomes tracking, and compliance
- Partner with the Medical Director and operations leadership on clinic launch, workflows, and scaling
- Represent HOPE Therapeutics in the West Palm Beach market with referring providers, health systems, and the broader psychiatric community
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry
- Active Florida medical license, or ability to obtain one
- Active DEA registration and Florida controlled substance license
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric practice
- Interest in or experience with interventional psychiatry, including TMS, ketamine, and SPRAVATO , strongly preferred
- Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred
